Frequently Asked Questions Renting Bounce Houses With Slides
Does the price include delivery and setup?
Delivery and standard setups are free for most of our rental products for any order that is within 25 driven miles from our business location (1562 Juliesse Ave., Sacramento, CA 95815) and meets the minimum order requirements for that area.
What is a standard setup?
A standard setup is a setup that is no more than 100 feet from the delivery truck, where the path to the setup area is clear, smooth, and without incline, decline, stairs, hills, mountains, rivers, streams, creeks, bridges or any other unusual terrain. In other words, "flat." The path must be wide enough for equipment to easily roll through to the setup location. Equipment dimensions along with rolled up sizes can be found by clicking the "More Info..." link on each item. In most cases your delivery team will consist of one man and a hand truck. Please contact us in advance if your event does not meet our standard setup requirements or if you have questions. Additional fees may apply.
What cities do you deliver to?
Sacramento Party Jumps is conveniently located in sunny Sacramento, California, and we proudly serve the greater Sacramento area. We promise that our trained professionals will be courteous and deliver on time. Giving our customers a fun experience is our goal! With over 9,000 parties delivered, we know we can help make your event one that your friends, family and guests will not soon forget. We provide service to Sacramento, Elk Grove, Roseville, Citrus Heights, Carmichael, Rancho Cordova and the surrounding areas. We typically stay within a 30-mile radius of our warehouse, but may be willing to travel further for larger events or orders.
What surfaces do you set up on?
We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt and concrete. Sorry, we cannot set up on any type of rocks, as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl.
What about staking down the units?
Sacramento Party Jumps uses stakes to secure most inflatables and bounce houses. However, it is the customer's responsibility to locate any underground utilities and sprinkler systems before the event, and Sacramento Party Jumps is not responsible for any damage to underground utilities or sprinkler systems caused by staking in unmarked locations. We recommend calling 811 before the event if you have any concerns about underground utilities or sprinkler systems.
What is the difference between a bounce house with slide and a regular bounce house?
A combo pairs a bouncing area with an attached slide, and many units add a basketball hoop and a climbing wall. A regular bounce house is built for jumping only. If you want classic bouncing, browse our bounce house rentals.
Do you have wet bounce house and slide combos?
Yes. Combos in this category are set up dry, and the ones marked (Dry) in the name say so. Our wet versions, with a water slide and splash pool, live in our water slides category.
What ages are bounce house and slide combos best for?
We provide age recommendations for each combo to keep your guests safe and happy. In general, smaller combos suit little ones and bigger double lane units suit larger groups. Check each item's More Info page, try our combo finder, or call us at 877-916-5867 and we will help you choose.
What do I need at my event for a combo?
Plan for a flat, clear area with room around the unit for safe entry and exit, and a power outlet near the setup spot. An air blower keeps the combo inflated, and we train you on our equipment before we leave so you can have a worry-free day of play.
What happens if the weather turns?
We keep an eye on Sacramento's weather so your event stays on track. Please read our Rain Policy for the details.
